Liked the ambience, Lovely muted old world decor, The food was excellent as were the staff. Had a really excellent spa treatment from the Italian girl, cannot spell her name. The room for 3 was excellent, very confortable beds and the decor was lovely. Just the one flaw unfortunately, The drawing room wasn't quite warm enough. The dining room again was just off warm, some diners kept their coats on. But the worst for heat was the Dungeon Bar, it was really cold and the gas fire unlit, it would at least have looked warm. We asked for it to be lit and the young bartender said he would just flick a switch, but didn't. We were ready for bed by then anyway. The live music was very good. Overall a lovely experience.
