The atmosphere in the hotel was excellent. The managerial staff and other staff were professional but were friendly and could not do enough for you. I would higly recommend it to anyone.
I arrived very late and had to leave for an appointment at a very early hour. The night porter was fabulous, checking me in quickly, providing fresh milk for a cup of tea (unprompted), sorting out my bill, giving an early morning call and getting a breakfast at 4am. The hotel itself is impressive, but this customer service was fantastic.
The hotel itself was lovely, but what really made it such an enjoyable experience was the attitude of the staff,they could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It is the best standard of customer service that I have experienced from a hotel.

We only stayed one night, we went for a wedding, so there's not much we can say, but that when we came back from all the celebrations it was very late, and all the staff looked fresh and nice as if it were afternoon!
