There are three bedrooms, with four single beds, one double bed, and a cot. The kitchen is equipped to the highest of standards with all modern appliances. Some notable features include a garden with a barbecue, private parking for your car and a cosy open fire for you to curl up beside. Families can enjoy a hands-on farm experience - watching farmer Micheál hand-milk the cow, learning to milk Nellie the goat, bottle-feeding the kid goats, and collecting fresh farm eggs. Children can enjoy the free outdoor playground and there is an indoor play area to keep children entertained on a wet day.

Kiltale Cottage is located in an excellent central location for visiting the many historical sites of the Boyne Valley and convenient to Dublin city and the airport and on the main bus route to city centre.

Directions. From Dublin : Take the M50 southbound, exit 6 for Navan/Cavan/Blanchardstown, on to N3 - then M3, take Exit 5 for Trim - R154 and follow directions for Trim. Avoid Toll.

This family-friendly premises is perfect for the kids, with facilities including a playground and playhouse and the fun of seeing all the animals on the farm.  The cottage makes an ideal base for touring the Boyne Valley, with its famous historic attractions such as Newgrange, the Hill of Tara, and Trim Castle all located nearby. The cottage is also convenient for visiting Dublin city, approximately 30 km away, which can be accessed directly by bus from Dunsany.
With angling, horse riding, hill walking, and golf available nearby, this is the perfect destination for all the family.
