grove gardens

Grove Gardens are situated in the heart of County Meath. The gardens extend to over four acres. It is host to one of the largest collections of clematis in Europe, with 250 different varieties and approximately 700 planted in total.

Herbaceous borders are one of the major attractions to visitors. There is also a tea room. There is also a nursery where one can buy clematis, roses and herbaceous plants.

The ultimate destination is the courtyard garden, a large gravelled area accommodating containers of plants such as aristorcratic azaleas as well as other summer flowering plants.
