Directions to city north hotel

CityNorth is a contemporary style 4 star hotel located at exit 7 on the M1, just 20 minutes north of Dublin airport in Gormanston, County Meath.

Travelling northbound from Dublin airport:
Travel north from the Dublin airport exit on the M1 motorway for 20 minutes. See City North Hotel on the left side of the motorway. Turn off at exit 7 (Also signposted for N1/R132 Julianstown, Drogheda South and Laytown).

Travelling Southbound from Belfast:
Travel south from Belfast on the M1 motorway. Approximately 8 kms past the exit for Drogheda, motorists should go through the main M1 tollbridge. After the tollbridge, take the next exit (7) off the M1 (Also signposted for N1/R132 Julianstown, Drogheda South and Laytown). See City North Hotel situated on the right hand side of the motorway. Cross the flyover bridge to reach the hotel entrance.

Matthews coach services
CityNorth Hotel now features on Matthews coach schedules serving Dublin city centre, Laytown, Bettystown, Drogheda and Dundalk. These schedules operate frequently on all seven days. Some services also co-incide with the Matthews airport daily coach service which is scheduled to and from CityNorth

Mornington Restaurant opens at 7pm each evening and has live piano music on Saturday nights. . During the week-end, a popular live music bar provides entertainment in the Delvin bar.

Given the enviable ease of access to Dublin city centre, the lovely county Meath coastline and the numerous quaint village and market towns of Meaths hinterland, there is an abundance of activities to be enjoyed whist staying at the CityNorth Hotel.

For the sporting enthusiast, there is golfing, horse riding, fishing, shooting, karting, greyhound racing, to name but a few.

For the guest seeking some retail therapy, we have at least a dozen shopping centres in addition to the excellent town centre stores within a 15 min car journey. Falconry, Funtasia amusement park, go karting, animal farms, Ice skating and bowling alleys etc will all keep the children amused and are located within 30 minutes of the CityNorth Hotel.

For pampering days, we have a special arrangement with a professional beauty salon within 10 mins drive of the hotel or alternatively, with prior notice, we can arrange to book a private treatment given in the comfort of your hotel bedroom.
