We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fantastic - thank you so much. As a result, I have given a 5 in the rooms rating above. However, we could have had a very different experience - we were meeting 6 other family members for the weekend who had very different experiences. My retired parents were kept awake until after 4am with noise both inside and outside the hotel as the hotel was fully booked and over-run with kids (kids go free deal probably influences this!). Parents let their children run riot at all times including in the lifts which caused annoyance to many of the guests, particularly those without children. We didn't complain as we were so grateful for the upgrade but my parents would certainly have had grounds for complaint.
