Staff were excellent...very helpful and courteous
Really liked the comfortable bed only. Arrived Saturday afternoon - had ran out of my husbands drink, no ice in the hotel - complained and staff could do nothing about it. Breakfast each day was badly organised. Room - bins not emptied, no shampoo and shower gel given on the second night of stay. Didn't bother complaining about this, as it was a wedding anniversary weekend. After getting engaged on a weekend away in Marriott Johnstown, we thought this would be as nice. 4 star about the hotel.
