woods and forests cong

Cong Wood is located along the river Cong near the grounds of the Abbey. There are 2km of walks to be enjoyed through out Cong Wood. 

Some of the trees that grow in the wood are; Oak, Beech, Ash, Sctos Pine, American Redwood, Lime and many more different species. The woodland is home to many Irish wildlife that you would see any wood through out Ireland, thee would include rabbits,hares, fox, bagers, squirrels....
