Rosmo House is an approved B&B accommodation located just 1 mile from Westport Town Centre on the Coast Rd., Rosbeg, County Mayo. The family run establishment is located in a peaceful, coastal countryside setting. It's only a few minutes walk from Westport Harbour with its many shops, pubs and restaurants. The large and spacious house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and private carpark. The B&B is located on the shores of Clew Bay and commands some spectacular sea and coastal vistas. This is a great place for watersports enthusiasts and fishermen as well as golfers and walkers alike.

On arrival in Westport from Castlebar, continue along the one-way traffic system over the bridge and up through the town centre (Bridge Street) crossing over into the righthand lane. You will see the town ‘Clock’ in front of you at the T junction. Here turn right, cross over into the left-hand lane and continue the short distance towards the Octagon Monument. Here turn left and you will see a Y junction ahead. Continue along the road to the right up by McCarthy's Bar. Continue driving along this road (Quay Rd.) and you will pass The Woods Hotel on your right and further out the Centra Supermarket on your left. Continue onto The Quay and along the seafront passing the Towers Bar on your right. You will then be on the Coast Road passing the Quay's Bar on your right and next you will see the sign for Rosmo House - it is approximately 500m on the right hand side at the top of a hill.

The house is beautiful, but it was difficult for us to find it.
As you eat your home-cooked full Irish breakfast, take a look out at the scenic countryside of the west coast of Ireland. You also have the option of starting off your day with something a little lighter like a continental or a vegetarian breakfast. The choice is yours. Special dietary requirements are catered for once the hosts have been informed. The spacious garden or the comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the evening. Free private car-park is available too for all guests.
