Directions

To get to Riverside take the Sligo road out of Ballina. Turn left at 1st roundabout then take the 3rd right into Riverside Drive, follow road round to No 48.

Local Area

Riverside is located off the River Moy between Ballina and The Quay Village. Horse riding and angling can all be enjoyed locally. Step back in time with a visit to Moyne Abbey or Rosserk Friary in Ballina. 

There are also a lot of golf courses in the area,  Carne, Strandhill, Rosses Point all under 1 hours drive and of  couse Enniscrone and Ballina courses are on your doorstep.

Put on your walking shoes and enjoy some of Mayo’s unspoilt beauty and breathtaking scenery. Visit Achill Island and Clare Island discover their beautiful landscape and golden sands.

Description

Ballina is the salmon capital of Ireland and famous for the wild Atlantic salmon caught on the river Moy. There are also many other rivers and lakes for salmon and trout fishing, as well as an abundance of unspoilt beaches and sea angling spots within easy reach.

In this self catering house there is a sitting room with open fire place, comfee couches and TV.  The kitchen/dining rooms is light, bright and airy with seperate utility and shower and wc.  The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons while the dining area has sliding double doors out onto the patio area and back garden.

The back garden  is large with patio area perfect for al fresco dining and barbeques in the summer.   The garden also houses a garden shed with deep freezer for storing your catch of the day such as salmon and trout which can both be caught locally.  Also in the shed is a gas barbeque.
