Staff couldn't be more helpful everyone we encountered was more than pleasant and couldn't do enough for you.
The hotel was lovely, really nice. Staff were very friendly and well trained, I was very impressed with how professional they were. The food at the function we attended was beautiful however we had soup in the bar the following day and it was not up to standard, Full of salt, was a bit disappointed. We didn't make an issue of it as everything else about the hotel was so nice.
The cleanliness of the hotel and leisure facilities. Hygiene was very good for pool etc. Bar staff were a little slow but in general the staff at hotel were very good. Uniforms very clean and tidy. Maid service very good.
