The detached dormer house is very beautiful and has four bedrooms – the master bedroom is en suite. The bungalow stands on 30 acres of land and the garden is a well maintained half acre of freedom for the children and a restful retreat for you.
The interior of the home is very bright and from the rear of the building you have panoramic views of fast flowing rivers as well as coastal vistas.

In Ballina, take the Killala Rd (R413) and go straight through Killala onto Ballycastle Rd. Take the 2nd turn on the right hand side, 6 houses down at the Cortoon Furniture sign,the house is 0.5 km on the left.
