Each unit features an open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor. Kitchens have a single oven with 4 ring hob, kettle and toaster. 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double, are on the upper floor along with the bathroom.
The properties have electric wall heaters and colour tv. The two properties share a paved patio area to the rear, complete with garden furniture. Heating and electric are included. Golf, angling and a sandy beach can all be enjoyed locally. The heritage town of Westport overlooks Clew Bay and it is famous for its sea fishing centre and its annual festival which attracts many visitors each year.
