Bertra House is an ideal base for touring Achill Island and also Connemara. Or for the livelier you can take in the spectacular scenery by foot with miles of fantastic golden beaches are only 2 minutes from the house, a great place to unwind and watch the sun set. Throughout the years Margaret, the owner has won many awards for her cleanliness and generous hospitality.

The Bertra House is located west of Westport, just 10kms down the R335. Easily found at the foot of Croagh Patrick.
The success of this house is mainly due to return guests coming back year after year or through their recommendations. You too will not be disappointed by the true Irish welcome. Throughout the years Margaret, the owner has won many awards for her cleanliness and generous hospitality. Children under the age of 6 not accepted.
