Come visit Bendigo, an elegant self-catering holiday rental, overlooking Lough Mask near Tourmakeady in County Mayo. The cottage is beautifully maintained inside and out and the authentic stoned faced exterior is very charming. There is under floor heating throughout the home and beautifully crafted raised timber ceiling. From Ballinrobe take the N84 Castelbar Road) , in Partry turn left onto R330 (signposted Westport) . After approximately 2kmturn left for Tourmakeady,after approximately 4km you will arrival at a t-junction. Take a left fot Tourmakeady. Travel for about 3km until you see a green sign for waterworks. Follow the sign for about 1.5km until you arrive at Bendigo on the right. If arriving into Tourmakeady from any other direction just follow the signs for Waterworks and these will lead you to Bendigo. Safe travelling.
A cot and high chair is also available on request. Facilities in the home include oil-fired central heating, private parking and a babysitting service if you decide to go out for a romantic meal. Tourmakeady is located Lough Mask and the Partry Mountains. It makes the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts from hill walking to fishing on the lake. You are within easy driving distance to Westport, a heritage town overlooking Clew Bay. Croagh Patrick is just 8km from Westport and you would do well to take on the challenge of climbing one of the highest peaks in the Galway/Mayo region. Why not just hop into your car and appreciate the Mayo countryside in comfort?
