The approved home has 4 guest bedrooms comprising of 3 double rooms and 1 twin bedded room. Each of the rooms come with en-suite facilities as well as slim line TV’s connected to cable and hair drying facilities. The B&B also has broadband installed right throughout the house. Each of the rooms is named after one of the islands off Achill – the largest of which is called ‘Ireland’. On arrival to the home, tea and sandwiches are on offer. On-site facilities include a babysitting service on request as well as bicycle hire on the premises.
The best way to explore the island is on foot or by bike. Hill walking is a popular activity in the area and Achill offers free, open access for hill walking. The Atlantic waters around Achill Island are perfect for fishing – you’re sure to catch a wide range of fish.
