Customer Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with on-line airline check-ins.Service was also excellent for both the evening and breakfast meals.

The building was stunning and the breakfast was good, however the room was very small with no space for a suitcase and the directions provided on your website were appalling (they started from the centre of Drogheda and directed people the wrong way up a one way street).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed Drogheda and would recommend it to anyone.

We felt very well taken care of by the staff. We arrived a little too late for supper, but no problem! We had a very nice meal and very friendly and efficient service.
