This Family run AA 4 star Historic Banking town house B&B offers accommodation in 5 luxurious ensuite jacuzzi rooms ranging from family interlinking rooms to intimate four poster bedrooms overlooking peaceful courtyard garden.

Breakfast is always included in the price with home baking served next to a extensive menu.  The library has a open fire, extensive book selection and a honesty bar to relax within.

The world famous archaeological site and visitor centre at Lough Gur is located only 2 miles from the house with crannogs, church sites, megalithic tombs, stone circles and ring forts.  Ballyhoura mountain bike Park is only 8 miles away and the bike trails are the biggest trail network of its kind in Europe at 96km,providing loop trails for all cycling abilities.  Road Cycling Loops are well developed and signed with hundreds of miles of almost traffic free lanes. 

Guided Walking can be arranged with a least 2 walks locally on sundays.  The house is 20 minutes drive to 5 superb golf courses. Ideally located for unpacking the bags for 3 days and making day trips to the south of ireland and the cliffs of moher. 

 

From Limerick to Bruff - Take the R512 which takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

From Cork to Bruff - Take N20 to Croom. Then take the R516 to Bruff. Approx 60 minutes drive.

From Tipperary to Bruff - Take R515 to Emly. Outside Emly take the 2nd left turn right onto the R516. This will take you to Bruff in 25-30 minutes

Bruff town is located in east county Limerick and lies on the morning star river. The town and the surrounding area are both picturesque and scenic. The village is home to traditional Irish pubs with seasonal entertainment and also three delightful restaurants. Activities such as walking, cycling, golf and horse riding can all be enjoyed locally.

Limerick city lies on the River Shannon and was founded by the Vikings in the 10th century and is today a vibrant city with excellent shops, pubs and beautiful restaurants.  Places within the city to visit include The Limerick City Gallery of Art, the Hunts Museum or King John’s Castle.
