Great location and staff on reception very helpful. Bar area really great, good atmosphere.
Central Location is great, walking distance to main shopping area with plenty of restuarants close by. Hotel does not have parking facilities during the day, although car parks close by have good daily rates. Room was very good, modern decor and very clean. Friendly, efficient staff at reception. Food very good, service in restaurant/Bar good but not as efficient as reception. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends/family.

This hotel bills itself for more than it actually offers. It was an attractive hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. However, we had a twin room and it was quite small - we were practically tripping over ourselves. There was also an unpleasant odour that came and went. The hotel is well located, however, and within walking distance of many shopping options and plenty of restaurants and pubs.
Very friendly and helpful, especially MAZ. We enjoyed dinner and drinks and we were very impressed with the rooms. We stayed as a group of four and we all agreed that we would stay there again. We would recommend The George to anyone.
Great hotel and perfect location, very central. Only negative thing was the parking, we only stayed 1 night but if we had stayed any longer, parking would have added up.
Well, as a deaf person I found communiction not great. for some reason they put us in a disabled room! we are fully mobilited!! they never asked if we needed that specific room! they need a deaf awareness course! I won't we returning there again.
