The Boutique, formerly the Old Quarter Lodge is newly refurbished and offers top quality accommodation in this boutique style hotel. This little gem can be found on Denmark Street - right in the heart of Limerick city with shops, pubs and restaurants just steps from the front door. Their own bar, ‘O’Connells ‘ is situated just around the corner with live music at weekends and the best pint of Guinness in the city, great value @ 3.30 euro. All big matches are shown live on the many screens, both in the pub and outside in the large smoking area.

The Boutique As we are located in the city centre we are easily accessible from all routes leading into Limerick. Coming in from Dublin (M7 / N7), follow signs for city centre which will bring you directly onto the one way system on Patrick Street (the Hunt Museum will be located accross the road from you as you turn onto Patrick street). Once on Patrick Street, take the next left at the traffic lights onto Denmark Street. Coming in from all other routes - Cork (N20),Kerry (N69),Tipperary/Waterford (N24)& Shannon/Galway (N18)- again follow signs for city centre which will bring you onto the one way system at Henry Street. Keep in City centre lane,which will bring you around by the tourist office and Arthurs Quay shopping centre and onto Patrick Street (The Mid west Business Institute will be accross the street from you as you turn right onto Patrick Street). Again, once on Patrick Street, take your next left at traffic lights onto Denmark Street.
With 24 rooms, The Boutique is a small family run business. You are guaranteed a warm welcome with caring friendly service. Reception is staffed 24/7 so there is always someone on hand to deal with any queries, or advise on local amenities, shopping etc. Rooms are en suite, very comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have free Wi Fi. Complimentary tea and coffee is also available in the lounge 24/7. Breakfast is table service, and includes full Irish, and Vegetarian with a continental buffet, all served with fresh coffee, croissants and scones. The Boutique is a short walk from the bus and train station, about fifteen minutes walk from Thomond Park, and two minutes from the Tourist office. Right across the street from the pedestrian shopping centre, and all those great shops it’s a dream location for shopping. Pop back between shops, drop off those bags, have a delicious coffee, and away again for more retail therapy There is on street parking, or a privately owned parking facility next door at a special rate. Note to prospective guests …. Due to its central location, at the weekend there is noise from local bars, and live bands can play up to 1am. Rooms at the quieter side of the house can be requested, however, some noise may still be experienced

The location of The Boutique on Denmark Street is excellent. It's right in the middle of the shopping area with great night life right beside it.
