The hotel is grand. Only problem is that it doesn't state clearly enough on the website just how low the ratio of car park space to rooms actually is. As a consequence I had to pay an additional 25e to put the car in a nearby Dunnes Stores car park. Had I known this I would have stayed somewhere outside town as I had an expensive bicycle in the boot that I couldn't leave on the open street.
Right in the city center and close to the Train station
Efficient Receptionist. Only overnight stay so, didn't stay long enough to make a more detailed assessment.
Very good stay. Staff helpful & courteous especially night porter. One minor complaint was the air conditioner in the bathroom would not switch off and was fairly noisy.
The location, price, and facilities were very good, the only thing I could say is the bathroom showed signs of wear and a little damp. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and efficient and all wanted to help make my stay as stress free as possible. I would recommend this hotel to friends etc.
I felt the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. With regard to the rooms the only let down was that the shower curtain and cups for tea were dirty. I filled in a comment card in the hotel re. this. Also the book-in time was later than I had been told by Go.Ireland
It was reasonable basic accomodation in a good location.
It was fine and well placed for the business I was doing.
Wonderful girls at the desk who even helped "bandage" up my broken suitcase. Also, they were very thoughtful in giving directions to shopping, etc.
I found that it was a pleasant stay and I found the staff very obliging.
Receptionist was lovely and very helpful advising us where we could eat as it was quite late.Enjoyed strolling around Limerick itself and the surrounding county is well worth a visit.
