Excellent hotel, only complaint would be that the pool is very small for such a big hotel.
Overall the facilities were excellent - I used the Gym and the Hairdressing salon. My room was very clean, was spacious and had many facilities, desk, iron, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers etc. The food in the restaurant was very poor both at dinner in the evening and at breakfast. The meat of my cold starter had dried and was discoloured from exposure in the fridge, the description of my main course on the menu was not what I received. The crispy duck was soggy and the white bean casserole in tomato sauce was a spoon of cheap baked beans from a tin. The fresh fruit salad at breakfast was lovely, however the scrambelled eggs were dried and grey in colour. The slices of bacon were stuck together and much of what was in the serving dish was overcooked and of poor quality. I did inform a staff member of my concerns on both occasions, they thanked me for my feedback and said they were grateful for it as many people dont give them constructive feedback!!!!
The Radisson provided reasonably priced hotel accomodation. Most of the staff we came across were friendly and professional. When we stayed, the spa was fully booked but we were able to use the pool, sauna, steam room etc and found these facilities adequate. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel and would rate it 3/5. All it was lacking was some sort of wow factor. As a final positive note, we were travelling with a young baby and the staff accomodated us whenever possible with room location (next to our parent's room) and in bringing the pram into the restaurant etc.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good facilities, would definitely return.
