The Hotel is lovely, the underground parking is an essential facility in that area. It is not far in to the centre of town, the taxis are cheap, the locals are friendly. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper, i found the hotel noisy, from the road and the other guests banging the doors.
staff were very friendly and helpful. room was great size. think there could be more entertainment for kids i.e. games room/tv room/video room
Very impressed with the Hotel and staff were particularly friendly and helpful. It would be a good idea if you can have some maps printed in detail to help navigate to the city centre which we always managed to get lost en route!

Very short stay up for rugby therefore not much use of facilities. Would definetly stay again
found the bathroom filthy told the receptionist on duty and she acted very promptly, but was disappointed to find it that way.
We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay although I think that the menu's could be slightly more adventurous. Also a mini bar and safe in the room might be useful. However, the service was excellent throughout. So..Thanks and best wishes to all for 2008.
