Killeen House is a an attractive and modern B&B located in the Askeaton area of County Limerick in Ireland’s Munster region. Well presented and sporting an eye catching façade partly made from stonework, Killeen House is located on the N69 which happens to be one of the main scenic routes in the area, so you are within touching distance of many of Limerick’s best attractions. There’s a private garden area where you can have a walk and survey the scenery, as well as such conveniences as a laundry service, payphone and private car park. There are five en suite rooms and a twin room, all of which have been decked out with a hair dryer, tea and coffee making facility and a television.

Limerick/Foynes Road From Limerick Take the N69 from the Dock Road continue for 12 miles to Kilcornan village. Pass Kilcornan pub ane we are one mile pass the pub on the left hand side.
They are also well prepared for families and have a babysitting service as well as a cot available. The residence is fully heated, and offers packed lunches if you are going out for the day, as well as an A La Carte menu. Staying at Killeen House puts you in an excellent position to enjoy the best of what Limerick has to offer. Askeaton itself is home to such majestic landmarks as the old Franciscan Friary, and Askeaton Castle itself. Why not go fishing in the River Shannon next to the town, or journey south to nearby Adare where the thatched roof cottages and old world architecture are memorable. If you fancy a game of golf, look no further than Adare Manor, and if you’re a shopper then head north to Limerick City.

Hospitality was great. We picked this because of the location near Adare and the Shannon ferry, but all we could talk about was the great hospitality.
