Everything was great. The staff was excellent and very cordial and friendly. They helped us with anything that we ask of them. We would stay there again,if we get back to Ireland.
The rooms were typical of 3* accomodation, however they were a little dated and ventilation was poor particularly in the bathrooms. The city centre location was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times

Rooms very clean we had to ask for extra towels and cups as there was only two of each in room and three of us. But problem rectified straight away

Room on sixth floor lift only goes to fifth level. Excellent views over Shannon Bridge and the river to Kings Castle
