For a game of golf, Newcastle West Golf Club is a par 72, 18-hole course that was designed by Arthur Spring, while other nearby golf courses include Adare Manor Golf Club, Charleville Golf Club, Castleisland Golf Club and the world famous Ballybunion Links Course in Kerry.
