Great hotel spectacular views from upper floors. Common complaint in most Irish hotels- lights not adequate for reading especially in bed. Service and attention was very good.
Friendly staff and great views. The only bugbear is having to pay for the carpark.
In spite of the fact this is the hotel I booked, we were moved to the Clarion Suites which was NOT downtown, there was no air conditioning, no pool. We were told we would have a bottle of wine in our room for our troubles but we did not and had to ask for it 3 times. The gentleman at the desk said he'd help us with our luggage but never did. Then to top it all off, the toilet flush mechanism was broken. The hotel staff was informed of the issues and did correct them.
Hotel was nice, very central with fabulous views over the river Shannon. Changing facilities for the pool were quite limited, no family changing rooms or baby restraints while you are getting changed yourself. I put this information into the guest questionnaire before leaving the hotel.
I thought the location was excellent and the staff especially Sinead the receptionist was excellent.The atmosphere was relaxed, we only had our breakfast in the hotel but that was really nice also. I would go again.
I loved the room. I had two windows that gave me the best views of the river! The amentities were great! I must say, though, that the mattress was not very comfortable for an upscale facility! Doesn't mean that I wouldn't return, just hoping for a more comfortable bed the next time! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Don't change a thing...except the bedding, please.
Wonderful staff....helpful, courteous, and friendly....bed matress was terrible though....for a facility with 4 star rating...and fairly new, I was surprised at the lack of quality......lobby is too crowded...too much furniture....but staff was wonderful...room service and food good!
The male receptionist that was on duty at the time of our arrival (approx 3pm on 2 April) needs a pat on the back for his excellent services. Only sorry he was not on duty the following morning when we left so we could have given him a very big THANK YOU.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, stunning views over the city and the river!! Ate in the restaurant and although enjoyed found it rather expensive but overall great hotel and would happily return.
The location is excellent, staff were helpful and friendly, I would use this hotel again.

Friendliness of staff
The staff were very friendly and courteous. Overall I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel and services provided including value. I would recommend the hotel to friends and consider it if I was going to Limerick again.
Fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay.
An excellent venue for the traveller, within easy reach of all amenities. A choice of restaurantrs within walking distance as well as that in the hotel. The bar / terrace was lovely in the evening enhanced by a coffee and brandy. The staff could not have been more helpful in all parts of the hotel. I would certainly stay there again
WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
