I cant speak highly enough about Ballyhoura cottage, it was exactly what we were looking for right in the middle of nowhere. Complete silence and fabulous scenery, friendly people. I will book again for sure.
The living room has a large welcoming open fire, complete with old fire irons that were once used for cooking. Although there is full central heating in the cottage most guests cannot resist the warm feeling and ambience that this fire generates. The sunroom doubles as a dining room. It has a table and six chairs along with additional folding chairs, if required, it also has two sofas, one being a bed settee. Three of the walls are virtual glass giving unrestricted views whilst guests eat and relax. There is ample parking and pets are very welcome inside Ballyhoura Cottage.
