The room was excellent spacious new - room 201. We stayed one night. there was nothing that we did not like. Parking excellent. Cost was very reasonable. The staff were very nice and friendly and looked after us very - got us a taxi - I would recommend the 'Absolute' to everyone
Beautiful hotel but seriously lacking in the personal touch. When we got to the hotel we were told car park was full, (No apology) on check in I realised that our rate was wrong told the receptionist that it was wrong and she said that she would correct it in our friends bill(Which she did not), Went to the bar for something to eat waiting 30 minutes for soup(Bar was not busy) Never checked to see how the meal was? Never told of breakfast times on check in on rininging down was told it was 11.00, we were 5 minutes late for breakfast and was greated by a really rude waitress who pointed out that we were a few minutes late for breakfast. It was a really lovely hotel but if the staff dont make you feel welcome you leave with a bad impression.
