A warm welcome awaits you at Loch View, a charming B&B accommodation quietly located in Kilclare near Carrick on Shannon in County Leitrim.
The family run establishment is a spacious and comfortable home from home. You can look forward to home-made cake on arrival. Enjoy your breakfast in the well-decorated dining room with fantastic views of barges and cruisers passing through the lock. Three of the rooms have en-suite facilities. Ample parking is available and there is a large maintained garden for guest use.
Throughout your stay at Lock View enjoy doing some outdoor activities including horse riding, golfing, fishing and energetic scenic walks. Travelling by car or by taxi will take your to nearby Carrick-on-Shannon with its many restaurants, pub and lively entertainment. Lough Key Forest Park is only a few kilometres away and is the perfect destination for families with its unique bog gardens and winding nature trails as well as boating facilities.
Directions to lock view
As you travel from Carrick on Shannon, take the R280 (Leitrim Road) and then follow the R209 (Ballinamore Road). In Drumshambo, take the Hill Road to R209 and take a left. In Ballinamore take the R209 to Kilclare.
