Tre rooms were fab! They dont do breakfast though which takes the shine off a bit.
All good - staff replaced bulbs in bedroom light immediately I asked
Leisure centre was very nice but showers were lukewarm at best and disappointed to find spa treatments were not available over bank hol. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. There was a bit of confusion over restaurant reservations. Reception staff said we could just walk in in the eve but wjen we did, the restaurant staff said we were supposed to book. Fortunately we did not have to wait long. The food was lovely.
staff were very friendly and helpful.no negative points
It was a shame that the restaurant was a different franchise to that of the hotel and we were not allowed to charge our bar expenses to the room.
