This wonderful property is situated in a scenic countryside setting just 9km from Kilkenny City and 7km from the village of Gowran. It is a great vantage point for touring the south-east and only an hour from Dublin or Waterford. It is comfortable and tastefully furnished with an open plan living area and 3 bedrooms, 2 of them, the double rooms, have en suites and one includes a bath/shower, the other a shower. There is also a twin room that has a wet room next door to it. Only one of the double bed rooms is up stairs just behind the Mezzanine playroom/lounge area.
