Park Villa is a grand two storey B&B located Opposite Newpark Hotel in the beautiful city of Kilkenny in Ireland’s sunny South East.
It’s ideal if you want a peaceful place to stay. It’s a resplendent and well furnished guesthouse with the excellent leafy gardens and flower arrangements at the window sills adding further to its charm.
There are five rooms in total, each of them equipped with en suite rooms and a television.

They are a family orientated B&B. There’s also a private parking area if you are driving.
Park Villa happens to be located in one of the most popular and well liked towns in Ireland’s South East. Renowned for its magnificent limestone architecture, Kilkenny combines the presence of excellent landmarks such as the Black Abbey and Kilkenny Castle with a thriving and vibrant nightlife, punctuated by a superb variety of pubs, clubs and restaurants. If you like the outdoors then head north up the road to Castlecomer where you can walk the Booley and Slieveardagh Hills or play a round of golf. Anglers would do well to head to the River Nore, and if you fancy a day at the beach then neighbouring County Waterford has a wealth of excellent spots on the coast.

Vicky is very accomodating and a down to earth person. She's basically the mother of the household and all her guests she treats like family. We really enjoyed our stay, however brief. One thing is for sure, she spoiled us with her tasty Irish breakfast and lemon/lime jam. We're at a hostel now and we miss her good food and pleasant company.
