Splendid hotel in a wonderful setting.
I really like the late checkout policy and some of the staff were superb, however some were not and a good deal of them did not seem to have answers to our questions i.e I've only been here a short time and I don't know. Our paper we ordered never arrived and the grounds seemed very un-kept. Dinner in la perla was lovely although the service was a little lacking.
I thought the Lyrath Est Hotel was amazing. The Breakfast was not grest as eggs benedict is with salmon and not bacon you could no eat. Only complaint. It is child freindly which is what I loved the best. I would so recommend this Hotel to anyone

Excellent location, nice area, expensive for a night to stay there, vs other hotels I have stayed with. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
Had no idea when booking about the hotel, but from the moment we arrived on a friday evening we were impressed. From the drive up to the hotel to the drive out on the sunday, it was quality all the way, we were just looking for a relaxing couple of days to unwind, and although we were unable to book any treatments in the spa and leisure complex, we felt very relaxed throughout our stay. The staff in the hotel were absolutely excellent, friendly helpful and attentive, which made a huge difference. We had dinner in one of the resteraunts on the saturday night and I can say that without exception it was the finest dining experience I have had in this country. This is not a cheap hotel by any means, but you get what you pay for. I would have no problem returning to the Lyrath, and would hopefully manage to experience the health spa next time and would have no problem recommending it to anyone, but I would just say , that it is a destination for a special occasion.
This hotel was by far the nicest and most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely professional, helpful and very pleasant. The facilities are extremely clean and modern. Every little detail was addressed and I have since highly recommended it to family and friends. I will definitely return to this hotel.
