We have 10 treatment rooms and our highly trained therapists provide a blend of traditional and modern Spa treatments. The Spa philosophy at Lyrath embraces the 'Seven Pillars of Wellbeing' - Beauty, Harmony, Vitality, Aqua, Life-balance, Nature and Nutrition.
Choose from a broad range of treatments that include facials, body wraps, body scrubs and hand & feet treats. Our massage therapies, in particular, are not to be missed. We have Thai, Swedish, Tibetan, Indian and Hot Stone massage to choose from. We also offer RASUL, based on the Turkish tradition of a mosaic steam chamber where therapeutic muds are applied and washed away with a warm rain shower under a rainbow of lights.
Our Spa uses Kerstin Florian and Green Energy products. Kerstin Florian products are based on natural resources including thermal mineral water, herbal extracts and essential oils to help you look healthier and find the energy and balance you seek. Green Energy provides ethical and organic skincare products from the Mediterranean. It is an organic product derived from fruit and plant extract. It uses traditional and natural methods to create its de-toxifying, illuminating and de-stressing range.
A perfect way to begin your Spa journey is in our Thermal Suite. Take in the scenery of the spectacular parkland estate as you relax in the indoor/outdoor hydrotherapy pool. Follow on with the sauna and steam where you feel the stress of every day life evaporate before you. Awaken your senses with a tropical rain shower and experience the evocative mist of the Atlantic Ocean cascading over your body. Mood lighting will heighten your state of well being and gently restore your inner balance. The Thermal Suite (including the Relaxation Suite) cost €30 and you can spend up to 2 hours here. You will be provided with a gown, slippers, towels and a locker on arrival and you’ll need to bring your swimwear.
Our Relaxation Suite overlooks the idyllic surroundings of our 170 acre parkland estate. Sink into our relaxation chairs and listen to a selection of your chosen music before, in between and after your treatments.
