Situated in the Valley of the Kings River on the outskirts of Kilkenny, between the medieval village of Kells and Stonyford.

Less than a stone throw away the cut grass paths bring you down to the Kings River, where you may encounter some of her myriad of wildlife. Wild flowers also survive here on this ancient site.
If you stay during the winter month’s salmon can often be seen in the pool below the house.
Just along the banks, you can watch the salmon and trout jump the weir on their journey up stream to spawn.
