From Kilkenny take N10 to Waterford as far as roundabout, take 3rd exit and on to next roundabout, take 3rd exit again then first left, 2nd house on right hand side.
Kilkenny is a great city with much to see and do, when here take a guided tour of Kilkenny Castle. Walk around the old back streets of Kilkenny or go shopping - most of the high street stores are available in the city centre.

Each morning home made Irish breakfast is served in the dining room. Ample parking available. The large, mature garden outside is available for guest use, great to sit and relax during the summer evening.
