The Hotel overall was a very plesant stay,s taff were friendly both to the adults and the children in our party. Would reccomend it to anyone.
The Hotel Kilkenny was a wonderful, modern and clean place to stay while in the beautiful city of Kilkenny. I can highly recommend it for the traveler to Ireland as it is convenient to the town and has lovely decor and amenties.
It was clean, but the hotel corridoors were strange. I had a room on the ground floor, and the windows opened fully meaning anyone could have come in through the window which I disliked. In addition to this I could not leave the room with the window open for ventilation for fear of being robbed
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. We arrived late in the evening and were starving and even though the restaurant was about to close it stayed open to serve us which we were very impressed with. The food there was delicious.
