Days Hotel is very comfortable, the staff are really helpful and friendly. However, the restaurant closed early on the night I stayed which meant that no food was available even room service.
it was clean and modern and very good value for money!
The Days Hotel Kilkenny was a really nice place to stay, really new and clean. They gave us an internet lead for our laptop... This is the only extra facility they offered to suit our needs. I asked for a breakfast card to hang on the door but I was told "we don't provide breakfast in bed". To be honest this really annoyed me and they weren't to bothered by this. Then on another occasion I asked for a bottle of wine and ice to be brought up and I was told "we don't really do room service"! Overall I would never consider staying in the hotel again due to the room service facility.

We are currently putting in place a room service breakfast option and therefore breakfast cards are in the process of being printed. From the beginning of April 2008 we have been offering our guests an evening room service facility. Following extensive retraining all of our staff are now fully trained on our room service procedures. I hope you will find that if you do stay in the future you will not experience the same problems. Days hotel was perfect. The staff, without exception, were fantastic, so friendly and helpfull, we could not ask for better. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Due to the location, the hotel was easy to find. The only problem with the hotel was the noise of the water pipes/radiators in the early morning. However, 99.9% of our stay was perfect.
Very good from start to end (could have boiled eggs and scrambled eggs for breakfast without guests having to request it - but that's minor)
I REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY THE HOTEL WAS GOOD VALUE AND JUST 5 MIN IN A TAXI TO CENTRE THE FOOD IS REALLY NICE AT THIS HOTEL TOO.

Im an oap who stayed there with my daughter, as I was attending a mass for my sister-in-law who was one year dead. I loved the hotel and hope to return with my family soon for a weekend break.
Very nice hotel
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly it's a pity it didn't have a leisure centre.
Excellent hotel - modern and very clean. Not very central to the city.
Rooms were large and comfortable however there is a hugh problem with the plumbing . Every morning at around 5-6 am the is a very annoying banging noise which appears to be the hot water pipes expanding . This noise goes on for about an hour.
The hotel advised that the problem is resolved with the plumbing and apologise for any inconvenience.
