Coolmore Farmhouse is a family run modern agri farmhouse B&B, where a warm welcome is guaranteed. This beautiful Bed and Breakfast is located just 2km from Knocktopher village.  On arrival, you will be greeted with tea or coffee along with some fresh homemade baking.

It is the ideal location to tour the south east region. Experience life on a working dairy farm, watch the cows being milked, feed the horses, feed the hens and collect the eggs, play with the family pets or enjoy a farm walk. After a great day touring this beautiful area, you can relax in the quite peaceful setting of the lounge or sun room or enjoy a relaxing stroll through the peaceful countryside that surrounds you.

Coolmore Farmhouse is located just 7 minutes drive off the Kilkenny/Waterford road, the N10, which is just outside Knocktopher village. It is also just off the M9 motorway, 15 minutes from Kilkenny to the Knocktopher exit, 20 minutes from Waterford. Coolmore B&B is signposted from the village.

We loved Coolmore Farmhouse. The setting was lovely. The hosts were extremely friendly - even to the point of allowing my husband to view their dairy barn and visit while they were milking. The breakfast was excellent and we would love to go back. We love that we felt like "one of the family."

Lovel place to stay. Stayed 2 nights. Mavis was delightful to visit with. She welcomed us with tea and home made cake. We were the only couple there. We saw the working farm - they have 70 cows and their own chickens where the get fresh eggs every morning. Great breakfast.
