The
Celtic House
was opened seven years ago by Angela and John Byrnes. Since then the Celtic House has become one of the busiest B&Bs in Kilkenny. You are sure to find out why as you receive a warm Cead Mile Failte. The house is located in the centre of the city, with private lock up parking.

Directions to celtic house
The Celtic House is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Kilkenny City. If you head over the Saint Johns Bridge, take the slip road to Micheal Street, then a left and the Celtic House is on the right.
The bus and rail station is a few minutes walk away.

The rooms within the Celtic House are all ensuite, with double and triple rooms available. Cable TV is also a feature to entertain you when you are relaxing in the house.

The Celtic House is conveniently located close to all the attractions of Irelands smallest city. The amazing medieval architecture, Kilkenny Castle and the menagerie of bars and restaurants all combine to make Kilkenny a joy to visit. Kilkenny is also known for its late opening shops.

The Celtic House is only a 30 minute drive away from the famed Mount Juliet golf course and for horse racing; Gowran Park is also within easy reach.
