Welcome to the Brog Maker Hotel

The Brog Maker was established in 1994 and is located just one mile from Kilkenny city. Here you will find a perfect base to relax and uwind while enjoying a pint and savour excellent food. Lunch and bar food are served all day.

The hotel has free carparking and the bar has live entertainment at weekends and a big screen tv shows live coverage of soccer, hurling,rugby and other major sporting events. There is also a conference room available if required.

The beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny is only a short walk away with and has excellent shopping facilities. A direct taxi service available on request. Our pub has won the Black and White award for best new comer, two Black and White Kilkenny County Winner awards, Dining pub of the year award 2003,2004,2005,2006.2007.

Directions to brog maker hotel

The pub is situated on the Castlecomer Rd, on the left side coming from the city centre. Kilkenny city is only one mile (10 mins walk) away.

Rooms

There are 14 comfortable ensuite rooms available all with their own tv and Wi-fi access is available on request. The bedrooms are spacious, comforable and bright. The hotel also has spacious bedrooms which consists of a double and single bed making it an ideal location for families.

The Brog maker hotel is a family friendly hotel. Facilities include children’s meals. After a day touring the sites of Kilkenny you can tuck into some delicious bar food in the hotel’s bar and later on enjoy a pint with friends while listening to some live traditional music.
