Our guests can also enjoy our landscaped garden. Breakfast is served in our beautifully decorated dining room with a variety of options ranging from a Full Irish breakfast to more healthy options. Kilkenny Castle is one of the most instantly recognised buildings in Ireland. In 1391 the Castle was bought by the Butler Family and they lived there until 1935. They were Earls, Marquesses and Dukes of Ormonde and they lived in the castle for over five hundred years.
St. Canice's Cathedral features a magnificent tower which offers impressive views of the city. This historic landmark features a fascinating collection of monuments and tombs dating from the Tudor era.
Jerpoint Abbey is located in Thomastown and was founded in the second half of the 12th century. The church with its Romanesque details dates from this period. According to local Irish legend, Saint Nicholas is buried in County Kilkenny, Ireland (Eire). The grave is said to be in the ruined Church of St Nicholas.

The B&B was ok but it was a bit far away from Kilkenny city, that was not the impression I got when I booked it, it took 15 minutes to walk in.
Breagagh view offers ground floor bedrooms and private parking. Guests can relax in the TV lounge area and enjoy satellite TV. Breagagh View B&B also has a babysitting service, which offers guest's the perfect opportunity to enjoy Kilkenny’s nightlife. Guests can enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden, which includes a substantial water feature with a waterfall and fountain.
