Alton is an attractive two storey B&B townhouse located in the popular tourist hotspot of Kilkenny city in County Kilkenny.
Standing splendidly in between a large front and back garden area, Alton has recently been completely refurbished to provide top quality accommodation to the most discerning of guests. Check out Kilkenny Castle and Sit Canice’s Cathedral, which you can’t miss if your in the centre of town. Why not go for a walk around the Barrow Valley and the River Nore where you can do a spot of fishing, or head up to Castlecomer where the hilly landscapes are majestic. If you fancy a spot of golf, you can play at a number of places locally, try Kilkenny Golf Course, Castlecomer or Callan for a round.
