Pleasant staff, nice room, nice bar - reasonable value for money
Lovely hotel. Great bar, friendly staff, great breakfast and good value when booked online.
As a hotelier myself I thought the hotel was very accommodating and the reception welcome was very pleasent. Overall we both enjoyed our stay and will return on a regular basis to the Glenroyal Hotel. The only thing I found disappointing is when we arrived we did'nt have a breakfast menu for our room and when we rang for our breakfast they told us we couldn't have it in the room.
I am satisfied with the services we have got during our stay in Glenroyal Hotel.
