 When I signed us up for Eagle Hill Farmhouse, there were no other reviews to use as a guide but it looked lovely and was located in an area that fit our scheduled travels. We were not disappointed! The Farmhouse is beautifully located, very neat, clean, and bright. It is a working farm with chickens and sheep. Julie, the owner along with her husband, is a lovely young Irish wife and mother. Her children were present just a little bit, well behaved and sweet. We were greeted with afternoon tea and muffins, great suggestions about where to go for dinner, given total privacy, and enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next morning before being on our way. Our room, as was the entire home, was bright, immaculately clean, and quiet. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

 Julie & Colm were superb hosts. We were treated like family members & nothing was too much trouble - eg owing to an early start for the ferry, Julie kindly substituted an evening meal for breakfast at no extra charge. A working farm is great for children to visit & to join in with the egg collecting!

 The family Colom,Julie,John and Martha were the perfect hosts and so friendly and helpful to us on our trip. Nothing was ever too much trouble and our daughter had the time of her life helping out on the farm. We will definately recommend Eagle Hill to friends and family and hope to visit again ourselves in the near future. Definately 10/10 for us and Many thanks from Marie in Essex.

 They were good enough to cook me breakfast even though i got up about 1030 or so. Although this place was much further from The Curragh than Google suggested the peace and the service more than made up for it.

 The lady of the house coped well with a large group all wanting breakfast very early for three mornings running.She filled flasks and chilled freezer bags for me. Each morning she made the most delicious brown muffins.

 Wonderful visit. Breakfast was great. Our son was treated to the most delicious pancakes....We also had a great meal. We enjoyed helping with the morning chores. Lots of fun.

 Lovely people. lovely house. Very peaceful, good base for National Stud etc, but quite difficult to find, especially after dark. GoIreland details said 'cards accepted' but they weren't. Not a problem for me but might have been if I was just going home and had no euros left.
