No towels in room - this was sorted straight away. Great pool and leisure facilites. Hotel spotless with nice features and interesting restoration work.
It is a lovely hotel. Very Clean. We did not spend much time there as we were at a wedding in another hotel. Our room was amazing. It was big and even had a hot tub. We must have received an upgrade for some reason but it was lovely.
It looks great on the outside but leaves a lot to be desired from a service point of view on the inside.
