Welcome to Watch House Cottages Watch House Cottages are located at the edge of the breathtaking Atlantic ocean on the Quayside overlooking Valentia Island Harbour in the Kingdom of Kerry.
No 4 Watch House Cottage is located in the village of Knightstown and is perfect for a relaxing vacation surrounded by amazing views in a peaceful setting. The interior of the holiday home is furnished to a very high standard with wooden floors throughout. The overall design of the cottage is contemporary in style yet it still blends into the traditional Architectural Character of the old Cable Station Village. Located closeby are beautiful restaurants and pubs which serve fresh fish on a daily basis. This is without a doubt a unique hideaway you won’t want to leave.

The Valentia Island Watch House Cottages are located in the village of Knightstown on Valentia Island.
From Killorglin, travel on the N70 road to Cahersiveen (25 miles), you will pass through Glenbeigh and Kells on your way. Through Cahersiveen town, travel the road to the right a ¼ of a mile outside the town signposted for Valentia Island vehicle ferry and Renard. At Renard continue by vehicle ferry – bear right when you come off the ferry and you will enter Knightstown. The Watch House Cottages are located on Market Street on the right hand side opposite the Royal Hotel and beside the Coastguard Station.
Valentia Island is about 7 miles long and 2 miles wide and enjoys a laid back and relaxing way of life. It is full of tranquil scenic beauty so prepare to fall in love. Located about 9 miles off the island are the Skellig Rocks which is a mass of rock that rises about 700 feet and is home to the ruins of a settlement by early Christian Monks. Activities such as fishing and diving are very popular in this area. For the golfing enthusiasts Waterville Golf Course along with Skellig Bay Golf Course are located nearby

This beautiful 2 bedroomed selfcatering holiday cottage can accommodate four people at ease. There is a family bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs.
The living and dining area are open plan with French doors that open up to a gravelled courtyard area at the rear of the property. Guests to the property can relax in front of an open fire, what better way to relax after a day touring the area? This property is inviting, cosy and enjoys a home from home atmosphere.

This beautiful selfcatering cottage is family friendly. Bedlinen and towels are included in rate. The cottage features an open fireplace. It is comfortably heated throughout with electric central heating. There is a garden for guests use. Open plan living and dining area. Wooden floors throughout. Fully fitted Kitchen.
