The overall design of the cottage is contemporary in style yet it still blends into the traditional Architectural Character of the old Cable Station Village. The Valentia Island Watch House Cottages are located in the village of Knightstown on Valentia Island.
From Killorglin, travel on the N70 road to Cahersiveen (25 miles), you will pass through Glenbeigh and Kells on your way. Through Cahersiveen town, travel the road to the right a ¼ of a mile outside the town signposted for Valentia Island vehicle ferry and Renard. At Renard continue by vehicle ferry – bear right when you come off the ferry and you will enter Knightstown. The Watch House Cottages are located on Market Street on the right hand side opposite the Royal Hotel and beside the Coastguard Station.
This beautiful 2 bedroomed selfcatering holiday cottage can accommodate four people at ease. There is a family bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs.
The living and dining area are open plan with French doors that open up to a gravelled courtyard area at the rear of the property.
