It is located near Firies village, off the R561 (Farranfore to Dingle route), on a dairy farm. Tralia House is surrounded by beautiful countryside providing guests with uninterrupted views and is not over looked.

Description

Within a 15 min. drive, one can be at the center of Killarney, Tralee, Killorglin with their wonderful range of award winning restaurants, in-door play centers for children, swimming pools, golf courses, horse riding, hill walking and tourist attractions. Take a drive around The Ring of Kerry or Slea Head.
A choice of magnificent blue flag beaches e.g. Rossbeigh, Inch, Banna 30 min.drive. Kerry airport is 3 miles away. Complimentary collection from the airport is provided.

Directions

BY ROAD
(1) From Dublin take the (M7), (N7), to Limerick.
(2) From Limerick take the (N21) following signs for Killarney. (Do not drive to Killarney)
After Castleisland, continue on (N21) passing Kerry Airport, which is just before Farranfore village. At next junction turn left, taking the (N22) direction Killarney briefly.
(3) In Farranfore take the first right (R561) following signs for Dingle.
(4) Drive through the next village Firies.After leaving the village on the (R561) take the first right (sign posted Tralee/Ballyfinnane) onto a minor road. Drive 300m and take a left turn. Tralia House is at the end of this road.
(5) From the Ferry at Ringaskiddy take the (N28) direction Cork, until there are signs for N22 (Killarney/Tralee). After Killarney take a left turn in Farranfore onto (R561) direction Dingle. Follow directions from point (4) above.
(6) From the Ferry at Rosslare follow signs for Cork (N25), then Killarney (N22) and follow directions from point (5).
(7) From Tralee take the (N22) direction Killarney, turning right in Farranfore onto (R561) following signs for Dingle. Follow directions from point (4).
BY BUS/BY TRAIN/BY PLANE
There is a bus stop and train station in Farranfore (5km. From Tralia House). Complimentary collection and transfer is provided.
Kerry International Airport is located near Farranfore village .Car hire is available. To travel from the airport to Tralia House, turn left when leaving the airport onto (N22) and follow directions from point (2) above. Complimentary collection and transfer is provided.

Rooms

GROUND FLOOR
The generous sized kitchen is excellently equipped and has an adjoining pantry providing plenty of storage space. The spacious utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The W.C. has an electric power shower.
The comfortable, sitting room provides ample space to enjoy family gatherings and is very relaxing. It has a solid fuel stove, TV.DVD player as well as books and games for all ages.
FIRST FLOOR
The Master Bedroom has a 5ft bed plus a lovely, restored, original, single, iron bed. The Green Bedroom too has a lovely, restored, original double iron bed. The Blue Room has a single bed. All bedrooms are carpeted, furnished and decorated to a high standard. A large family bathroom is on this floor

Places To Visit

Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Gallarus Oratory, The Great Blasket Islands, drive around Slea Head.
In Killarney you will be spoilt for choice, visit Muckross House, gardens and the wonderful traditional farms, Killarney National Park, Torq waterfall, take a boat out on the lakes at Ross Castle. Take a trip on a horse and cart up the Gap of Dunloe.
On the Iveragh Peninsula, take a boat out to Scellig Rock, see Killorglin, the home of Puck Fair, held on Aug.8th, 9th and10th every year. Explore the Beara Peninsula (Co. Cork).
For Children;
Tralee has Toby’s World and Jungle Jims, both play centers. The Aqua Dome is a fun water pool and has mini golf also. The newly opened Omniplex has all the latest film releases. The Town Park has an all-new playground. Kerry County Museum has various interesting exhibitions. Tralee Sports Complex has a fine swimming pool. Killarney has Buddies, a play center. The Gleneagle Hotel pool is open to non-residents. Killarney National Park is beautiful for walks and there is a lovely playground across from the Cathedral.
