Welcome to Killarney National Park, Ireland's first National Park opened in 1932. The park is situated in south-west Ireland, close to the most westerly point in Europe, and it covers over 25,000 acres (10,000 hectares) of mountain, moorland, woodland, waterways, parks and gardens....

Coolwood Wildlife Park is located just outside Killarney. Here you can explore 40 beautiful acres of Wildlife Sanctuary and 10 acres of Wildlife Park. Animals to be seen here include; Monkeys, Lemurs, Raccoons, Wallabies, Meerkats, Llama and Alpacas. There are also some birds of prey, water fowl and some pets to be seen. There is also a childrens playground and coffee shop. Coolwood is definately worth a visit if your in Killarney!

The collections include vases, candle holders, bowls, jugs, plates and lots more. Terence draws his inspiration from the wonderful scenery of mountains and lakes in Killarney.

Listed among the top tourist attractions in Ireland, situated in the heart of the beautiful Killarney National Park and found close to the shore of Killarney’s lower lake is Muckross House, one of Ireland's largest stately homes.

Built in 1843, Muckross House was the epitome of a typical 17th century mansion. Then in preparation for Queen Victoria’s visit in 1861, some elaborate renovations were made, making the house the wonderful spectacle that it is today.
